Wendy's (WEN) volatility at 79 into EPS & strategic outlook
Wendy's (NYSE: WEN) : WEN, announced in mid-June a decision to explore the possible sale of the company. WEN will report Q4 EPS on February 4th. WEN closed at $25.65. COWN said on January 14th "We estimate a 100% debt-financed purchase of WEN by YUM would be about +10% accretive to YUM's 2009 EPS."
